Your Legal Safety Net in Changing Times

January 20th we will have a new President, new people in the Senate and the House, and some new local leaders too. This will mean new laws, maybe new taxes – everyone has a theory. There will be a few laws passed by the “lame duck” Congress, signed by current President Biden too. I will be watching and reading as laws that impact you are passed, and I will let you know.

Meanwhile, whether you are happy or sad about the election results, you should know one thing: it is always good to know a lawyer. I know we have a bad reputation (we are compared to sharks). I love a good lawyer joke. But we are mostly really good people who know how to use loopholes to help our clients avoid laws that hurt them and use the laws that help them.

As new laws are passed, I will be here to help you use all the loopholes possible. I will help you avoid taxes, get help paying for care, keep you from making legal mistakes that cost you money, and if you need someone to get you out of jail or get money for an injury, I will refer you to the best lawyers I know.
